We want you to love your socks. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging with any tags attached, along with your proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept socks that have been worn or removed from their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at socks@withype.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at socks@withype.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or custom socks and gift cards cannot be returned. Items clearly marked as final sale or clearance at checkout are also non-returnable. Storewide promotional discounts do not affect your standard return rights.
