Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Delivery is free when your cart reaches AED 85. A delivery fee is shown at checkout for smaller orders.
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thesockshype.com. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on custom or personalized socks, sale items, or gift cards.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@thesockshype.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please contact us.
