Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and unforeseen circumstances.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. We will share your address and phone number with the delivery company to facilitate delivery.
You must notify us within 10 days of the expected delivery date if you do not receive your order.
We are only responsible for replacing items that are not delivered if you notify us within the specified timeframe. Returned items must be unused, with all labels and packaging intact, and accompanied by the invoice.
Shipping
Shipping charges are based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
We will cover the shipping costs for replacements, both for the return of the faulty item and the delivery of the replacement.
