We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 07 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@withype.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Reasons for Return
We will accept returns for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item received.
- Damaged item received.
- Defective item.
We will not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged.
- Items without original tags attached.
- Items returned after the 07-day return window.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 05-07 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor's timeframe.
Original Shipping Costs
- Incorrect item received or damaged item received: We will refund the original shipping cost if the error was on our part.
- Defective item: We will refund the original shipping cost if the item is deemed defective upon inspection.
- Change of mind: Original shipping costs will not be refunded if you are simply changing your mind about an item.
Return Shipping Costs

- Defective item: We will cover the return shipping cost if the item is deemed defective upon inspection.
- Change of mind: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
