Where do you ship to?

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Free shipping may be available for certain orders or promotions.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at socks@withype.com. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Do you accept returns on all items?

For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on custom or personalized socks, sale items, or gift cards.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at socks@withype.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please contact us.
